The North Alabama Regional Congress was held on May 30th, 2009 at the Sparkman Civic Center in Hartselle, Alabama. 1st Place winners from Marshall, DeKalb, Cherokee, Colbert, Lauderdale, Madison, Morgan, Franklin, Limestone, Lawrence and Jackson Counties competed at the event.
